Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be done 5 days in advance for a full refund. You may choose to postpone your event date at no extra charge (minimum 3 working days notice) - For same-day cancellation, no refund will be made. - For cancellation made 1 days before, a 50% refund will be provided - For cancellation made 2 days before, a 80% refund will be provided - For cancellations made 2 to 5 working days in advance, a $25 administrative fee will be charged.
