More when cooking large batches of rice. This one was just nice. Fried items were crispy, and likewise very tasty without being overly oily. The sago dessert was also sufficiently thick and tasty. Again, not dilute sugar water like with many other caterers. You need to trust that once you place your order, it is absolutely coming. Communication with the caterer was tricky, perhaps with the holiday season they're overloaded. Calls and texts weren't answered until a few days after they were sent.
