I have to "beg" the staff to deliver before 6.45pm at least or if cannot do it, please refund me and stop the order. However, the admin staff say give them another chance. 2nd day it happened again and 3rd day again. They said cannot refund me. I have to beg them to stop the order. I spoke to the driver, he said it's the kitchen's fault. I spoke to admin staff, she said its driver's attitude. Then from customer's perspective, what can I do?
