This can be the case even though it may have been consumed within half hour of delivery. According to a website, dull or light green or yellow leaves mean the bok choy has turned bad. They may serve you bad bok choy as seen in the picture. Like their spinach, taste of home cooked and generally their fish dishes are all pass and some are quite tasty.
