We recently had the pleasure of hosting a large event with this catering service, the food was nicely presented, and the flavors were amazing. Our guests were raving about the butter shoyu chicken with roasted sesame, it was the most popular dish of ... More the day and definitely the highlight and received the most compliments. However, there were a couple of dishes that didn’t quite meet expectations. The prawn spaghetti aglio olio was a bit underwhelming it was a little on the bland side. Additionally, the baked seafood in marinara sauce was not as flavourful as we had anticipated. Overall, despite a couple of dishes falling short the experience was mostly positive. The catering team did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them for their amazing service.

Item was received wrong ,order set B but come with set C ...... call up to let the stamford catering customer service know, but they say they receive order from foodline so they just follow instruction and is like not their fault , the girl who ... More answer my phone call say will check with the delivery, she did the checking but she say is foodline send the order to them they just pack with the order and delivery the item , so the customer service person say will call me after check with the foodline person until now there is no return call from anyone . so disppointed as i know Stamford Catering is nice food , my next order also order from Stamford Catering which will be sending on the 3 Feb hopefully there is no problem for my next order .

Food arrived on time, despite the rainy day. Good communication leading up to delivery.

Food was still warm up on arrival, and we found the heating elements extremely convenient - it steamed up immediately , and kept food hot for at least 2 ... More hours. We appreciate that everything was already provided - the heating packs, liquid, self heating trays. It also meant that disposal and cleanup was a breeze, which is important.

All the food was well received by our guests and of good portion size. Would recommend the curry vegetables (they are a little spicy), chicken wings and mac and cheese trays.

Would definitely use and recommend Stamford Catering in the future, especially the mini-buffets for around 20 pax parties.
