I expect the spare pork ribs to come with bones as it is the ribs, but there wasn't any ribs bones. My only displeasure was that the delivery was way too early. I indicated 6pm during my ordering. Your company indicated 5pm delivery time during the confirmation which I somehow misinterpreted. The actual delivery was at 4.30pm, 1.5 hours earlier than my guest arrival time. Luckily the food were still good. I would say that the experience was generally good, and I will not discount ordering from your company in the future. First, while placing the order from food line, I specifically set 11:30am for food to be served, but the setup was done at 10:30am and food was ready at 11:00am. Not a major ... More issue for this. Next, 2 guests informed us that the chicken in the signature curry chicken was undercooked. I called to inform the caterer and send the photos over to them via WhatsApp. I was then advised not touch the curry chicken anymore and they would refund me for this dish. No replacement will be made. However, curry chicken is one of the main highlight, so how are we not going to serve it? In the end we brought the curry chicken back home to boil it on our own before bringing it back to the function room to serve our guests. Imagine all the rush and inconvenience. And now, Xin Yi pin says they will not refund us since we have continued to consume the chicken.
