Cake was delivered very late not as stated on invoice delivery timing 5pm-8pm. Upon receiving, cake was badly damage as the Stitch toy dropped onto the first layer. Already inform site, this was what they reply:
hi there, we are sorry to hear about ... More the bad experiences you had with twenty grammes. please allow us to check with the caterer and get them to follow up on this matter with you.

But until today i did not receive any follow up or update
